| Hi Ryan, Can you share with us how the Wealthfront platform works? It seems like the market place and their user interface has changed recently. But, i think these questions would be helpful to know the answers to. 1) Does Wealthfront require a real money account to act as the model or is that optional?( does it go along with the core spoke fund concept?) 2) If yes, is there a min $ amount required in the model ? $10k? 3) the track record to establish the model, can it come from any account for the person? 4) Are trades actually placed on Wealthfronts website/ UI versus doing it on IB directly ( like Covestor)? 5) How do you find the execution speed and wealthfront interface ? 6) Do you know how much AUM you have from your clients? and do you know their contact details ? thanks Adib |

| Adib, Sorry for the delay...I'm waiting for a call back from my contact at wealthfront to get complete clarity on a few issues (given all of the changes recently). So I will chime back in after the fact. Anyhow... 1) Regarding having a real money account, as far as I understand at the moment, I don't think so (although I do know it is highly recommended...eating your own cooking that is). 2) See above, but I don't think so 3) Yes, at least as far as I understand. You will have to provide complete records/transparency for the life of the account you decided to submit. 4) Yes, all trades are done through there Wealthfront Manager application...all though you can call Wealthfront's back office/traders for help in executing certain trades if need be. 5) Overall execution has been good although I did have a recent experience where I was disappointed on that front (might call the trading desk from now on to avoid a similar instance going forward. 6)Yes and Yes...I actually really like how they have set everything up in that regard. Hope all of the above helps. I will go over all of these issues again (and any other questions you have if you want to post them) with my contact asap (and will post what I find afterwards).
