The below is from Whitney Tilson:

A money manager who has been interviewed in Value Investor Insight is looking for a senior-level hire for his growing firm in the Washington, D.C. area:

"The candidate should be an experienced deep-value-oriented investor, but not a 'religious' thinker. I want a person who is anchored in valuation as being the principal allocation trigger, but who nonetheless has an appreciation for growth as an attribute to investment success (an attribute often overlooked by traditional deep-value investors). Candidate should be even-tempered, possess key industry contacts and have a measurable performance record (at the least, a personal account that can be viewed)."
